• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Law
• At least 2 years of experience of office experience/relevant work experience.
• Knowledge in administration and management
• Proficient in office software, especially Excel,Word, and Powerpoint.
• Good command of English both in spoken and written.
• Provide the routine administrative support to his leader by preparing letters, notices, correspondence and contracts/agreements…
• Process contracts, agreements, MOU, and other legal documents between partner, government agencies and other third parties
• Link up with ministries, partners, and stakeholders.
• Arrange meeting and take minutes/make report.
